OUR MISSION

01 / SAFE COMMUNITIES
02 / ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
03 / Personal Empowerment

For years, West Louisville has been one of the cities most violent and socioeconomically depressed neighborhoods.

The Louisville region's dynamic economy has outperformed the United States' average job and income growth in the last decade. Unfortunately, West Louisville has not participated fully in this strong economy with unemployment and poverty rates three times higher than the regional average.

West end leaders need to develop confidential, facilitated support/ personal development groups for local families herein they are provided opportunities to informally discuss questions, concerns and experiences and to empower one another and themselves.
